shop FAQs

(Please note - Unfortunately, Otton art & design/Linda Otton cannot take requests for commission work or different size prints and formats at this time)

Where do we ship to?

We ship anywhere in the world that will accept a tube or an envelope being sent from the U.K. If for any reason it transpires we cannot send something to you, for reasons outside of our control, e.g. conflict/embargo (Booo!), we will refund you ASAP.

How much is shipping?

Free within the United Kingdom or £5 to anywhere else in the world. £5! - five British pounds - to anywhere outside of United Kingdom!. I know, it sounds too good to be true, but we hate those horrible postage surprises some sites insist on charging at checkout too!

What sizes do Linda Otton prints come in?

A3 and A4. Any prints that come in A3, as well as A4, specify "A4 or A3" in the brief description, below the example picture on the product page. The price on the product page ("£19.00") is the A4 price and once A3 is selected the relevant price will be displayed. To purchase a print as A3 - Select the motif and in that products page (where you see various different views and all sorts of handy info.), choose 'A3' from the drop down box then selecting quantity. (Note: A3 prints usually cost £11 more than A4). We do not currently offer prints on canvas of any size.

How are prints packaged?

After extensive testing (no seriously, every envelope and tube ever created has seemingly been in the studio at some point), a sturdy cardboard envelope was chosen for A4 prints, and a hard wearing card tube for A3 prints. Each individual print also has a sealed cellophane sleeve of its own.

An added bonus to the A4 envelope is, that whilst being robust, it should be delivered directly to your post box. Please note - postacards, when bought alongside A4 prints, come in the same packgaging. When ordering postcards alongside A3 prints, they are packaged and sent seperately due to them not fitting inside the secure A3 tube.

What methods of payment do we accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards or you can use PayPal. Easy.

How long until you get your print?

We pride ourselves on a speedy turn around here at Otton art & design. Once your payment has been confirmed, your print is printed in the studio using our professional art printer, quality checked before being packaged, and then (at the latest) posted the following working day (Monday-Friday. Orders received after 15.00GMT on Fridays are shipped the following Monday).

After it leaves us it's dependent on where you call home, how far home is from Dorset, England, and how reliable your local post service is.
